Repairs, Servicing, & Modification

We are pleased to offer Repairs, Servicing, and Modifications to all makes and models of guitar amplifiers and pedals. As designers and manufacturers of premium valve amplifiers and pedals, our team is well-equipped to provide a service worthy of your own musical equipment.

Brands that we have serviced include but are not limited to: Two-Rock, Dr. Z, Marshall, Fender, Blackstar, Divided by 13, Carol Ann, Friedman, and Orange.

Amplifier Repairs & Servicing: £85 per hour + Parts

Amplifier Repair Bench Fee: £40 (included as part of the first hour if the repair goes ahead)

Amplifier Modifications: £85 per hour + Parts

Amplifier full service and Electrical safety test (PAT): from £85.00 plus parts.

Pedals: from £26.00 + Parts

All prices include VAT.

• You won't be charged the bench fee if we undertake the repair. However, it is payable if you do not want to proceed with what we deem to be an economical repair. If the repair is simple, it may be covered by the bench fee plus any parts.

• We will always try to give an accurate quotation for the work and obtain your approval before we undertake a repair. However, please don't be offended if we refuse to repair should we deem it to be uneconomical, or if we are unable to obtain the correct part or a suitable equivalent.

• Modifications can be undertaken after discussion with the customer to agree on what is most appropriate for the amplifier or pedal.

• All amplifier repairs and servicing includes a Portable Appliance Test (PAT) and, if requested, a PAT Certificate can be issued for an additional charge of £15.00.

• Equipment can either be dropped off and collected in person from our workshop, or we can arrange to have items shipped. Please speak to the team for shipping prices.

• All repairs come with a 90 day conditional warranty that only covers the original repair.
